DOWM Ministry Director

A Servant of God

We have been blessed with a mighty man of God to serve with us in the WOT-DOWM Ministry. A man whose work is never done, Pastor Francis Waweru always has a smile, showing kindness and encouragement for others.

Pastor Francis, who lives in Kiambu County is ministering to DOWM families living in the Mbau-ini, Korio and  Matathia area. He  is being obedient to God's commandment  to  "love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. . . and to love thy neighbor as thyself."

In any day you might find Pastor Francis in the market purchasing food for the DOWM families, visiting homes, visiting hospitals, visiting schools, teaching a Bible class, working hand in hand with vocational classes and maybe even visiting the county governor with requests to help better the DOWM communities.

Let no one seek his own good, but that of his neighbor.

                1 Corinthians 10:24

Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
